Machinarium love on episode 66 of the Game Central Podcast. We debate PC game pricing in relation to quality. In the news, Divine Divinity on GOG, TF2 Halloween, and LEGO Universe ninjas, firemen, and robots (oh my!). And the games we’re looking forward to this holiday season!

but seriously, I just notice machinarium is $14.99 on impulse and I still won’t buy it.

Heh, lots of Machinarium love. It’s not perfect, but it is well worth the $20. And Popcap *does* sell their games for $20. You’ll note on their site many of them are $20, from Bejeweled 2 to the new Zuma.

I believe I did say something about Popcap selling their stuff for $20 on their own website, but I bought all their stuff for $10 through Steam.
And I did end up buying Machinarium. Right after that podcast recorded in fact. But I also used a code to get it for $16 on Impulse.
